According to the culinary wishes of the Chefs, our whole fillets of cold-smoked TUNA can be cut with a knife or a slicing machine into different sizes, adapting to the needs of the recipes (cubes of different sizes, slices of different thicknesses, bacon, carpaccio, chiffonnade ...) for delicious and new dishes that will delight any clientele.

Our smoked ALBACORE with its delicate flavor replaces bacon in hot recipes, (quiches, carbonara, gratin) and pleasantly accompanies all types of fresh salads.
Depending on the thickness of the cut, slices from the whole fillet can be served on toast, on sushi, maki, in sandwiches, wraps, tacos, carpaccio, poke bowls… The list is endless
Use-by date
Vacuumed packed and stored between 32 and 39,2 F, our whole TUNA filets have a shelf-life, certified by an independent laboratory, of 25 days from the date of packaging.
A total of certified use-by date of 60 days
EASY TO USE
In order to have the finest quality of smoked tuna filets, the whole piece is pre-cut into pieces of approx. 2 lbs and then packaged together in a vacuum packed bag.
This process allows the chef to use what he needs and keep the rest fresh for another day.
EXPORT PACKAGING
The packing for export is a waxed cardboard box to international air transport standards of (28 x 14,5 x 7, inches), with a waterproof liner and Gel-Ice plates. The master carton contains 4 whole fillets for a variable net weight of 22,04 to 33,06 lbs.
